Credits are the usage unit for Nerdics models. Each task consumes credits based on the model type used and the workload required.
When does my subscription start, and how do credits refresh?
Your subscription starts immediately after purchase. Credits automatically refresh every month based on your Stripe billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my execution limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional execution packs. We never stop your critical workflows.
